Yes, our products are certified with CE, RoHS, SAA, PSE, ETL, cETL, UL, cUL, DLC, and more.
We offer a 5-year warranty on most of our products, while some items come with a 2–3 year warranty depending on the model.
If you require an extended warranty, we’re flexible and happy to discuss options to meet your needs.
How do you test your product before shipping?
Yes, we follow a strict and comprehensive testing process to ensure quality before shipping.
First, we perform an incoming inspection on all raw materials to make sure every component is in perfect condition before production.
Next, we conduct random inspections during production to catch any potential issues early.
After assembly, all products undergo a 72-hour aging test to ensure long-term stability.
Finally, we carry out a 100% individual inspection before packaging to make sure each unit meets our quality standards.

Our MOQ depends on the product model.
For most items, we don’t require a minimum order—you can even purchase 1 piece.
However, for certain products, there may be an MOQ of 10–50 pieces or a requirement to order by full carton.
